Karlastaden app for iPhone and iPad

Karlastaden will be a new vibrant city district at Lindholmen in Gothenburg, less than 10 minutes from the city center. The area comprises 2 000 apartments in various sizes and different housing tenure as well as commercial estates for offices, hotel, stores, restaurants, school and medical center. Karlastaden is developed by Serneke and NREP.

Today, the digital transformation happens fast and it is hard to imagine what opportunities this will give within 4-5 years.

This mobile app shows some of the features that might be available in Karlastaden, to residents of Karlatornet – Scandinavia’s tallest residential building. To guide us in our innovation work and making better decisions we present you with some of our hypotheses or possible opportunities and collect your feedback through the app. We ask you to walk through the scenarios and give your valuable input as a potential future resident in Karlatornet.
